Programs of Study

A Clear Path for Biblical Growth

The Myrtle Beach School of Preaching and Biblical Studies offers structured programs designed to equip Christians for deeper study, more faithful teaching, and more effective service in the local church.

Each track provides a guided path through key portions of Scripture — building understanding step by step and helping students apply what they learn in their daily lives and their work in the congregation.

Whether you feel called to preach, desire to teach with greater confidence, or simply want to know your Bible from beginning to end — there is a program here designed to meet you where you are.
Not ready to commit to a full track? You can begin with a single class and build from there.

Three Tracks. One Purpose.

Three certificate tracks — each designed around a different calling, but all rooted in the same commitment to knowing and living God’s Word.

01
For men who feel the weight of the calling to preach
Preaching is not a career — it is a calling. And answering that calling well requires more than passion. It requires a thorough knowledge of God’s Word, the ability to open that Word clearly to others, and the character and wisdom to lead a congregation faithfully.

The Preacher’s Track is designed to help men build exactly that foundation. From Old Testament Survey to Expository Preaching, from Leadership to Counseling — every course in this track is chosen because it makes a man more effective in the pulpit and more faithful in the ministry.

This track is for the man who wants to be genuinely prepared — not just motivated.

For women who want to grow, teach, and serve more faithfully
Women are among the most faithful and consistent servants in the local church. They teach children, encourage one another, open their homes, and pour themselves into the lives of those around them. This track exists to equip women to do all of that with greater biblical depth and spiritual confidence.
The Christian Women’s Track addresses spiritual maturity, the calling of the Christian woman in the home and congregation, and the practical skills needed to teach God’s Word to other women and children effectively.
These courses are taught by women who have lived what they teach. The goal is not a certificate on a wall — it is a life more deeply shaped by Scripture and more fully devoted to God’s purposes.

For every believer who wants to know God’s Word more deeply
You do not have to be a preacher or a teacher to benefit from this track. You simply have to love God’s Word and want to understand it better.
The Bible Knowledge Track is for the believer who sits in the pew on Sunday and wants to go deeper — who reads Scripture and wants greater clarity, who has questions and wants grounded, faithful answers, who wants to be better equipped to share their faith and encourage others with what they know.
This track walks students through the major books and themes of both the Old and New Testaments — building a comprehensive biblical foundation that will strengthen your faith, enrich your worship, and sharpen your ability to live and share God’s Word every day.

Students who complete all required courses within a chosen track will receive a certificate of completion. But the certificate is not the goal — it is a marker along the way. The goal is a life more deeply rooted in Scripture, more equipped for service, and more faithful to the calling God has placed on your life.

If God is stirring in you a desire to know His Word more deeply — whether you are called to preach, to teach, or simply to grow — we invite you to take the next step. Choose a track, begin a class, and join a community of believers committed to knowing and living Scripture.
