Our Faculty

Taught by Those Who Have Lived It

Our faculty have spent their lives preaching, teaching, and living God’s Word. They have stood in pulpits across the country, counseled families through crisis, led youth programs, and served as elders and ministers in local congregations.
Every instructor also holds an earned doctorate in Bible or ministry from a Christian university — bringing both academic depth and genuine ministry experience into every class they teach.

Dr. Steven K. Guy

Director, MBSPBS | Minister & Elder, Myrtle Beach Church of Christ

Dr. Steven K. Guy has served the Lord’s church for more than 50 years — preaching in congregations across California, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. He currently serves as the minister and one of the elders of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ, where he also directs the Myrtle Beach School of Preaching and Biblical Studies.

Steven earned his Doctor of Ministry from Harding University Graduate School of Religion in Memphis and has taught at some of the most respected Bible schools and universities in the nation — including the Southern California School of Preaching, Heritage Christian University, the Nashville School of Preaching, and Amridge University.

His ministry extends well beyond the pulpit. He has directed youth camps and Lads to Leaders programs, led Men’s Leadership Training Classes, participated in young men’s preaching camps, and delivered messages on radio and television. He has held revival meetings from coast to coast.
