Who We Are

The Myrtle Beach School of Preaching and Biblical Studies is a work of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ, created to help Christians grow in their knowledge and application of God’s Word

Whether you are preparing to preach, strengthening your ability to teach, or seeking a deeper understanding of Scripture — this program is designed to equip you with sound, biblical instruction rooted in the local church.

Courses are offered in a structured yet flexible format, allowing students to progress at a steady pace while building a strong foundation in the Scriptures.

Not ready to commit to a full track? You can begin with a single class and build from there.

To teach and equip students with the tools to understand the Word of God in order to make a difference in their lives and the world around them.

To empower students to know God and His Word and to develop their God-given commission to seek and save the lost by providing the tools to accomplish it.

Preacher's Track

For men called to preach and lead

For men who feel the weight of the calling to preach — this track provides the biblical foundation and practical preparation to answer that calling faithfully in the local church.
You will leave better equipped to open God’s Word, lead His people, and serve His church with confidence and faithfulness.

Christian Women's Track

For women pursuing spiritual growth and service

 For women pursuing spiritual growth and service Card Body: For women who want to deepen their walk with God and grow in their ability to teach, encourage, and serve — in the home, in the classroom, and in the congregation.
You will grow in your knowledge of Scripture and your ability to pour that knowledge into the lives of other women and children.

Bible Knowledge Track

For every believer who wants to go deeper

For any Christian who is hungry to know the Bible more thoroughly — this track builds a strong, comprehensive foundation in Scripture from the Old Testament through Revelation.
You will develop a deeper understanding of God’s Word and greater confidence in studying, applying, and sharing it.

Our faculty have spent their lives preaching, teaching, and living God’s Word. Every instructor also holds an earned doctorate in Bible or ministry from a Christian university — bringing both academic depth and genuine ministry experience into every class they teach.

How the Program Works

Getting started is straightforward. Here is what to expect:

Pray and Choose a Track

Review the three tracks and seek the one that fits where God is calling you. Not sure where to start? Contact us — we will help you find the right fit.

Register and Begin

Complete registration online or by returning a printed form. Registration is $25 per class. You may begin with one class or follow the full suggested schedule.

Grow in God's Word

Work through your courses, engage the Scriptures deeply, and build the foundation that will serve your ministry and your walk with God for the rest of your life.

04

Earn Your Certificate

Complete all required courses in your chosen track and receive your certificate of completion — a recognition of your commitment to knowing and living God’s Word.

Courses are available on campus and online. Students may work at their own pace or follow the suggested schedule. Registration is $25 per class. We invite you to take the first step.
